- Account data: username, password, profile details, preferences, and authentication credentials
- Content you submit: messages, support requests, photos, videos, audio, comments, feedback, and other materials you upload or send
- Transactional data: purchase history, subscription status, and billing-related details (payment card numbers are typically processed by Apple, Google, or a payment processor, not stored by us)
- Marketing data: newsletter sign-ups and communication preferences
4.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device model, language, time zone, and unique device identifiers

- Approximate location: inferred from IP address

4.3 Information from mobile apps (iOS and Android)
Depending on the app and the permissions you grant, we may collect:
- Device identifiers: IDFV, Android advertising ID, or similar identifiers
- Push notification tokens: to send alerts you opt into
- Precise or approximate location: when an app feature requires it (for example, maps or location-based experiences) and you grant permission
- Camera, photos, microphone, and files: when you choose to capture, upload, or share media
- Contacts, calendar, or Bluetooth: only if a feature requires it and you grant permission
- Health, fitness, or motion data: only if an app integrates with Apple Health, HealthKit, Health Connect, Google Fit, or similar platforms and you authorize that access
- App Store / Google Play data: install source, purchase receipts, and subscription status
You can withdraw most mobile permissions in iOS Settings or Android Settings. Some features will not work without the related permission.

- Sign-in providers such as Apple, Google, or similar services if you choose to sign in with them
- Payment processors and app stores for purchase validation

5. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services
- Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and provide support
- Process transactions, subscriptions, and in-app purchases
- Personalize content, features, and communications
- Send service-related messages, updates, and (with your consent where required) marketing
- Monitor performance, diagnose problems, and prevent fraud or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
- Protect the rights, safety, and property of Nexrage, our users, and others
We do not sell your personal information for money. We also do not use sensitive information (such as health data, precise location, or photos) for third-party advertising.
6. Legal bases (EEA, UK, and similar regions)
Where required, we process personal information on these bases:
- Contract: to provide the Services you request
- Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, and improve the Services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights
- Consent: for optional cookies, marketing, certain mobile permissions, and other processing where consent is required
- Legal obligation: to comply with applicable law
You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
7. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers: hosting, analytics, email delivery (including Mailchimp), customer support, cloud storage, payment processing, crash reporting, and similar vendors who process data on our instructions
- Apple and Google: as needed to distribute apps, process in-app purchases, validate receipts, and operate platform features
- Business partners: when a feature involves a partner (for example, a co-branded experience) and sharing is needed to provide that feature
- Professional advisors: lawyers, accountants, and insurers
- Authorities: when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety
- Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards
We may also share de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you.
8. Cookies and tracking
We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to:
- Keep you signed in and remember preferences
- Measure traffic and feature usage
- Improve security and prevent abuse
- Support marketing where permitted
You can control cookies through your browser settings. On mobile, you can limit ad tracking or reset advertising identifiers in device settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect how the Services work.
Our websites may set essential cookies (for example, an admin session cookie). We do not currently use a separate cookie consent banner for strictly necessary cookies.
9. Mobile app permissions
iOS and Android may prompt you before an app accesses sensitive device capabilities. Common examples include:
- Location: maps, nearby content, or location-based experiences
- Camera / Photos / Microphone: capturing or uploading media
- Notifications: alerts, reminders, and updates
- Tracking (iOS App Tracking Transparency): if an app requests permission to track activity across other companies’ apps and websites
- Health / motion: fitness or wellness features you enable
We request permissions only when needed for a feature. Denying a permission will not prevent you from using unrelated features.
10. Payments and in-app purchases
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google under their privacy policies. We receive limited information such as subscription status, product identifiers, and receipts needed to unlock features.
Purchases made on the web may be processed by a third-party payment processor (for example, Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
11. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us at hello@nexrage.com and we will delete it.
If a specific app is intended for a younger audience, that app will disclose additional notices and obtain any required parental consent.
12. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to:
- Provide the Services and maintain your account
- Comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
- Maintain security and prevent fraud
When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Backup systems may retain residual copies for a limited period until they are overwritten.
13. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.
14. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you use the Services from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
15. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information or request account deletion
- Export or receive a copy of your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Opt out of marketing emails
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
To exercise these rights, email hello@nexrage.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us which app or website the request relates to. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. Transactional and service messages may still be sent.
Account and data deletion: In supported apps, you may delete your account in settings. You may also request deletion by emailing us. We will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account except where we must retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.
16. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) may give you the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
We do not sell personal information as “sale” is commonly understood. If we engage in “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, you may opt out by contacting us. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law, other than as permitted to provide the Services.
Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf subject to verification.
17. European privacy rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.
18. Third-party services
The Services may include links, SDKs, or integrations with third parties, including Apple, Google, social networks, maps, analytics, advertising, payment, and hosting providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for those practices.
19. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (for example, in-app or by email). Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
